WMS: Automated HEC-HMS Modeling with Online Spatial Data
WMS has unparalleled tools that allow you to easily download and use spatial data for hydrologic modeling. After downloading the necessary data, you can use built-in tools to compute and extract all the parameters necessary for building an HMS hydrologic model, save the necessary HMS model files, run HMS, and view the HMS output.
07:15
WMS: MODRAT Interface
With WMS, it's easy to delineate a watershed and derive many of the MODRAT input parameters from the delineated watershed. The video shows how to setup and run a MODRAT model.
07:14
WMS: HEC-HMS Modeling
With the Watershed Modeling System (WMS) from Aquaveo, it's easy to build HEC-HMS models.
06:03
WMS: HY-8 Wizard
WMS includes an integrated interface with HY-8. With WMS, it's easy to couple a culvert analysis with a hydrologic model in a few simple steps.
05:42
WMS: Urban Watershed Modeling with TR-55
This video tutorial shows how to compute the time of concentration of an urban watershed, develop a curve number, and compute a runoff hydrograph with TR-55.
03:14
WMS: OC Unit Hydrograph
The Watershed Modeling System (WMS) is the ideal tool to define and run an Orange County, CA Unit Hydrograph Model.
05:58
WMS: Building a HEC-RAS Model
WMS contains an integrated interface for HEC-RAS. WMS is the ideal solution for building and visualizing HEC-RAS models.

WMS: Upgrading an HEC-HMS Model to GSSHA
WMS supports several commonly used hydrologic, hydraulic, and storm drain models. If you have built a model using one of the hydrologic models supported by WMS, you can save the model data to another hydrologic model by following the hydrologic modeling wizard. WMS can even be used to convert a lumped parameter hydrologic model to a distributed hydrologic model. GSSHA, developed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, is one of the most advanced distributed hydrologic models available and is supported by WMS.
07:42
WMS: MODClark Interface
This video tutorial shows how to setup an HMS MODClark model using the Hydrologic Modeling Wizard in WMS.
03:48
WMS: GSSHA Modeling Wizard
With WMS, it's easy to build a GSSHA model using the hydrologic modeling wizard.
05:24
WMS: GSSHA Land Use Change Part 1 of 2
With WMS, it's easy to analyze various land use change scenarios with the GSSHA model.
02:55
WMS: GSSHA Land Use Change Part 2 of 2
With WMS, it's easy to analyze various land use change scenarios with the GSSHA model.

WMS: Hobble Creek Part 1 of 2
This video demonstrates an application of WMS for a stream restoration project. Estimating pond levels is critical to predicting the impact of the stream restoration project on the recovery of an endangered fish called the June Sucker. In this video, we will use the model output hydrograph from the Part 1 video as the inflow for a GSSHA model.
