Job Summary

Join our team to help develop advanced 3D graphics software aimed at addressing global water issues. With over 20 years in the market, our software models oceans, rivers, watersheds, and groundwater across the globe. This position offers flexible hours tailored around your class schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core software libraries, with a focus on C++ and Python programming.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
• Collaborate within an agile programming environment.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in C++, with practical knowledge of Python. Experience with other object-oriented languages is also beneficial.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field; no degree required to apply.
• Maintaining a good GPA.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain positive relationships.
• Experience with configuration management using Git and Subversion is preferred.

Salary Range

• Starting at $14-$19/hr, depending on experience
• Part time position
